How do I know if I have a valid claim?

If you’ve been involved in an accident that wasn’t your fault we will help you with establishing whether you have a valid claim to pursue. We’ll obtain all the relevant information from you in order to tell you if you have a claim or not.

Every claim is different. A straighthood claim might be settled in as little as a few months. More complex cases, or those where liability is disputed, can take longer. We will keep you updated throughout the course of your claim so you’re supported at each step.

Usually, three years from the date of your accident. The sooner you start, the stronger your evidence will be.

We operate on a no-win, no-fee basis, so you pay nothing up front. Fees only apply if your claim succeeds.
